Heart falls in love

To step lightly on

Soft green forest floor.

To see the green surround you,

All around you,

And to know you are at home,

In your body and spirit.

Completely.

A letting go.

Rejuvenating, recharging.

Holding smooth wet rock in hand.

Hearing eagle screech a hello.

Seeing tail end of big elk disappearing.

Tasting ice stream water on the lips.

Mind body spirit finds comfort,

Unknown outside these wild

Boundaries of mother nature.

Outside boundaries of love.
